  My experience with this firm was no pleasant at all. The office staff does not listen to what you want. I found them (Her) to be unprofessional (she hung up in my wife's face. Thank God for Mr. Willie who saved the day. He was mature and understood what was needed. I would not recommend this firm to anyone

  Nice people but very unprofessional. I paid for their services but they did not do anything I asked. Let my mother in law run the show. I did not receive some of the flowers and fruit sent to them by my friends and they even sent the guests to her house, not mine. I had to complain on the phone and in person in order for them to process life insurance claim. Two months later they still have no clue. (Insert mad face here) Will never use them again
