  Amazing staff & hospitality. I had to fly from San Diego to North Carolina for my dad passing and was the only one left who hadn't got to spend some time with him after passing. They arranged for him to be ready for me last minute, had someone meet me at the door, walk me in to my own room and were incredibly professional. Even though I was there a short time they made such an impression.
  Later that day Steve came by the house to drop off a podium for guests to sign and some extra chairs. At first I told him the viewing wasn't for a few days and to come back another time. Without hesitation or looking perturbed he said not a problem, whatever you would like and was so kind. After realizing he only brought a few chairs and walking with him, I just had him bring them in and he was wonderful. He was able to connect with us and talk with us and was so professional and helpful. I love this place and the support they gave us in this sad time.
