  I used Family Pet Cremations to put my sweet girl to rest. They were so kind and understanding. The standard box is simple and very pretty. I highly recommend them.

  Our German Shepherd, Jack, was cremated by Family Pet Cremation Center.
  He was part of our family, an indoor dog, for 12 years. We were very sad, but
  now comforted by the wonderful care of his ashes, which were placed in a
  beautiful polished wooden box. Included was a signed certificate of cremation,
  certifying that they were his ashes. Also included was his paw print
  and a note of condolence. I highly recommend Family Pet Cremation Center.

  Unfortunately, I have had to use the services of Don and his crew twice this year. They are extremely professional and personable. They seem to genuinely share your grief over a lost pet and take fantastic care of their customers. The engraved wooden urns are beautiful and very sturdy. I brought my cat wrapped in a blanket when I dropped her off and they washed it for me before returning it, an extra little thing that I would have never expected. Great service, great staff. I hope that I don't have to see them again soon, but I'm very sure that I will see them again, eventually.

  As a veterinarian I've had the opportunity to work with Family Pet Cremation Center both on a professional level (when they have come to clinics where I'm working) and on a personal level recently when I needed them to cremate one of my own dogs. In my opinion there is no better pet cremation service in eastern North Carolina. They are courteous, caring, responsive, reasonably priced and their options for urns (if you would like one) are just beautiful. Highly recommended!

  We are so grateful for having found the Family Pet Center. We were lost in our greif and Bill took us in, and helped to begin the healing. We felt absolute trust, understanding, and reassurance from the whole experience--the staff, the atmosphere, the facility, and the way they do business. You can tell the Snow family love their pets, and understand the loss their customers feel.
